The crab cake sandwich was delicious. Paired it with a side salad w/house-made poblano vinaigrette. Yum. Husband had the quarter chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans. Excellent all around and great service.

Where to being, the customer service was 10/10. The restaurant was warm welcome and clean. The street corn briochetta was jam packed with flavor and was the perfect appetizer. Drinks were steller: tirimitini was dessert in a cup, the pear nessessities was sweet and refreshing, lastly, the gin and barret was exquisite and a good balance. Pizzas were ordered all around the table: bbq brisket pizza, pickle and dill, and raspberry with goat cheese. Every pizza was cooked to perfection and such a taste sensation. To top off everything we had the peanut butter pie that just sold everything. The service was top tier, we never felt neglected or as a second thought. Can't wait to come back!

Stopped here while visiting Holland. Loved being able to sit by the water. Came for lunch and there was no wait. A little on the pricier side, but was worth it! I look forward to coming back.

Management please read! My husband and I sat for probably about 10 min with no acknowledgement - about to go ask for some help - and Jada came and asked if anyone had helped us, and picked up our table. She explained how sometimes it happens when staff are cut, might be an oversite, but I appreciated her initiative/observance to help a table - probably judging by our faces. She was great and very attentive. We appreciated her providing a great experience! The food was great.. the best restaurant we went to in downtown saug. I got a Cesar salad and my husband got the steak frites (amazing) get a slice of PB pie to go!

We visited Holland Michigan for my birthday weekend, many people told us we needed to drive a few miles to Saugatuk and try The Butler, a classic restaurant for many years right on the water! Amazing from start to finish! Beautiful area and restaurant, great decorations along with amazing food and cocktails, I had the Butler Burger and my wife enjoyed the Perch platter! To top it off we had Becca as our server, she was outstanding, friendly, funny, and an absolute pleasure! We live 5 hours away, but we’re already planning our next trip back and this will be a definite visit! Cheers!

We went twice during our stay. Food and service were phenomenal both times! They have several gluten free options!

This restaurant deserves way more than a 4.2 rating. The food was absolutely amazing. They seem to have the greatest quality food for the most reasonable price and they genuinely have the best pretzel bites and pizza I have ever had. The drinks weren't as hard as I expected, but I was absolutely blown away by the experience and kind, fast service. A big thank you to our waitress, Ashlyn! Would absolutely come again!

2nd trip, June '24 & '25... Great food both times. The burgers we had were thick and juicy! Cooked well done as ordered and made perfectly. Sweet potato fries are delicious! The ONLY issue, stay away from the frozen cocktail, over priced slushy! Very little alcohol for 14... Otherwise, great food, atmosphere and service.
